Hot Start PCR Tth Master Mix is a premixed ready-to-use solution containing PCR reaction components like recombinant mutant Tth DNA Polymerase, Double-Block Tth monoclonal antibody, MgCl2 and dNTPs.
The recombinant mutant Tth DNA Polymerase exhibits reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase activity and is widely used in PCR and RT-PCR amplification.
No need of Mn²⁺:
Tth DNA Polymerase is a recombinant mutant enzyme showing high activity of both reverse transcription and DNA polymerization at the presence of Mg2+ Only.
Heat-resistant Reverse Transcriptase:
High reverse transcription temperature (55℃~70℃) .
Simple Operation:
Just add primers, template, and probes before amplification.
