Ready-to-Use PCR Master BlueMix (with dNTPs) is 4x qPCR Master Mix, which contains highly efficient double antibody hot start Super HP Taq DNA polymerase, MgCl2, dNTPs and optimized PCR buffer system. Its unique enzyme combination and buffer system ensures efficient and accurate PCR reaction. It is suitable for Taqman fluorescent probe method and can quickly detect DNA.
When using, only add DNA templates and primers (or probes) according to the required amount, and add PCR-grade water until each reaction reaches 20µL, and then the PCR amplification reaction of the DNA sample can be started.
