2019-nCoV/IAV/IBV Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR-fluorescence probe method)
Product Introduction
Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by the influenza virus. It is most common in spring and winter, spreads rapidly, has a high incidence rate, and has a short epidemic period. It can easily cause an outbreak or pandemic, making it difficult to control. This kit is a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rRT -PCR) test specially targeting at N gene of 2019-nCoV, M gene of Influenza A virus (IAV), NP gene of Influenza B virus (IBV), for the qualitative detection of RNA from the 2019-nCoV, Influenza A virus (IAV) and Influenza B virus (IBV) in human nasopharyngeal swabs and oropharyngeal swabs specimens.
