Super-Easy SYBR Green RT-qPCR Master Mix (lyophilized) is a premixed lyophilized preparation for RT-qPCR reaction, which contains SYBR Green chimeric fluorescent dye for real-time quantitative detection of RNA samples. The lyophilized reagents include double-enclosed hot-start Super HP Taq DNA polymerase, M-MLV reverse transcriptase (RNaseH-), MgCl2, dNTPs and SYBR Green dye. When using, it is only necessary to add RNA templates, primers and appropriate amount of PCR-grade water until the volume of each reaction is 20 µL, and a single sample addition operation can perform real-time quantitative detection of RNA samples.
